Supervise daily operations of Pharmacy Revenue Cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Maintain high performance in reimbursement team metrics and monitor department activities Produce reports to provide guidance on fiscal and revenue cycle performance Collaborate with departments and third-party billing vendors to optimize patient account processes Develop and maintain operating procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years management or supervisory experience in an academic medical center Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred Proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office Suite Comprehensive understanding of patient billing policies and health insurance standards Proven leadership experience in improving revenue cycle performance and customer service How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Pharmacy Technician and/or Certified Coder CPC or RIHT Experience in auditing and training on revenue cycle regulations Familiarity with pharmacy and medical billing conventions Ability to implement positive change and solve complex issues Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to analyze data for actionable insights We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
