Payroll & Benefits Management Manage salary processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Employee Relations Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Performance Management Implement appraisal systems, set performance goals, and monitor employee progress. Training & Development Plan and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Policy Development & Compliance Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards. Talent Retention & Engagement Implement strategies to retain top talent and maintain employee satisfaction. HR Strategy & Planning Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and workforce planning. Reporting & Documentation Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics for management decisions.
