\"We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate our Human Resources operations in Germany. This strategic role ensures compliance with German labour laws, GDPR, and ISO standards while driving recruitment, employee development, compensation, workplace safety, and organizational culture. As a key partner to the CEO, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment that supports both employees and company growth.\" Position Overview The HR Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the HR operations of the company. This role ensures full compliance with German labour laws, GDPR requirements, ISO standards, and internal company policies. The HR Manager oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee development, compensation, performance management, workplace safety, and employer‑agency partnerships (outsourcing). HR Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company vision; establish policies and workforce planning. Recruitment & Hiring Management:

Build end‑to‑end recruitment pipelines, manage local and international hiring, conduct interviews, and oversee agency partnerships while ensuring compliance with German law. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits:

Define salary structures, oversee payroll accuracy, manage benefits, and coordinate with Finance for reporting. Compliance & Legal Alignment:

Ensure adherence to German labour laws, GDPR, ISO standards, and maintain legally required documentation. Training & Development:

Design training programs, implement long‑term employee development strategies, conduct performance reviews, and report on training outcomes. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture:

Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, implement recognition programs, and strengthen workplace culture. Workplace Safety & Risk Management:

Apply safety policies, manage incident reporting, and ensure employee well‑being. HR Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain secure employee records, prepare HR reports, and support internal and external audits. Must Have

2–4 years in marketing coordination, client communication, or project management. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5–7 years of professional HR experience, ideally in Germany. Strong knowledge of German labour law, GDPR, and international hiring. Experience working with outsourcing/agency‑provided staff. Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and HR reporting tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
