Hands‑on Clinical Onboarding Program
Responsibilities
Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director to assess eligibility and suitability of clients.
Provide direct care, ensuring comfort and quality of life are paramount.
Deliver top‑notch nursing care to ease pain and bring solace.
Educate and advocate for patients and families, encouraging participation in personalized care plans.
Participate in call duties and be available when it matters most.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license.
Minimum one year experience in a medical/surgical or acute care setting; hospice experience is a plus.
Computer proficient, experienced with EMR systems.
Current CPR certification if required by state.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Compensation $38.00 – $43.00 per hour (average pay range). Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities, and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
