Assistant Manager (05305) - 2100 W Hudson Rd #1 You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability. Responsibilities
Manage shift operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management. Maintain store standards including appearance, cleanliness, and customer service. Monitor scheduling, attendance, transportation to/from work, and profitability efforts. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and manage customer relations. Qualifications
You must be 18 years of age or older. Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory with related paperwork. Clean equipment and facility on a regular basis. Essential Functions & Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Make correct monetary change; verbal and written communication for order processing. Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen and demonstrate strong eye-hand coordination. Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and provide fast, accurate service. Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Exposure to varying weather and in-store temperatures; food odors and cornmeal dust. Standing for long periods; lifting up to 50 pounds; frequent reaching, bending, and carrying; occasional climbing. Ability to navigate stairs and work in areas with hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher. Additional Information
Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids may include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
