Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site position for a Medical Assistant Instructor at our Dallas, TX campus. The instructor will be responsible for teaching medical assisting courses, facilitating hands‑on training, and developing lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Additionally, the role includes assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that students are prepared for their professional careers in the medical field.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Assisting and a strong foundation in Medicine
Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design effective educational materials
Knowledge of Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills
Prior teaching experience is preferred
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is required
