Mechanical Resource Group, an HVAC, hydronics, sales, and service organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The warehouse associate is responsible for managing 2 warehouses and keeping track of all inventory.

Responsibilities
Provide inside sales assistance with the MRG Aftermarket team to provide exceptional customer service to continue to expand our market share in Middle Tennessee.
Track inventory and maintain organization in the warehouse.
Ensure deliveries are tracked and accounted for.
Delivery/Pickup of parts and equipment.
Make sales orders, purchase orders, and quotations.
Provide detailed documents indicating selected equipment.
Responsible for preparing the correct equipment and parts for clients.
Coordinate scheduling for new and existing projects.
Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Detail oriented
Organizational Skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask.
Outgoing, energetic, and willing to learn
