Customer Service Representative
About the Job
We are looking for customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. The role involves preparing and delivering pizzas, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Operate all bakery and kitchen equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare pizza for baking.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers.
Enter orders using computer or touch screen.
Make accurate monetary change.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately; calculator may be used.
Strong verbal, written and telephone skills.
Motor coordination and ability to handle fast and precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing small loads.
Physical & Work Conditions
Work in varying temperature environments (36–90°F).
Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters.
Tasks include standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying.
Advancement Opportunities Employees may progress from delivery drivers to management, general manager, or franchise ownership.
