About the Role
We are looking for
German-speaking Corporate Finance Professionals (including Valuation and Transaction Services) to
contribute to a cutting-edge research project with one of the world’s leading AI labs.
This fully remote, flexible role is ideal for finance professionals looking to apply their Corporate Finance experience to the future of AI, alongside their current professional or academic commitments.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance at a Big 4 firm or Mittelstands-M&A-Beratung in Germany
End-to-end deal process exposure (from pitch to execution)
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
High attention to detail, with excellent summarisation and written communication skills
Native or near-native fluency in German
Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
A genuine interest in AI and automation
Key Responsibilities
Break down and summarise Corporate Finance / Transaction Services workflows
Create realistic finance prompts and solutions that are Germany-specific (e.g. based on HGB)
Benchmark AI model responses against your own knowledge
