Enterprise Contact Center as a Senior Representative supporting our Annuity business line. This position is intended for licensed professionals seeking to integrate their regulatory expertise with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.**Why This Role:****Responsibilities include but not limited to:**Navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent customer experience.Location:Virtual hybrid model - must reside within 90-minute commutable radius of St. Paul, Minnesota.In-Office Requirements:Event-based for technical issues, or for moments that matter.**Qualifications:**Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
