Heavy construction equipment dealer in Salt Lake City, Utah seeking experienced heavy equipment mechanics for service. We are a small family‑owned, non‑union company with a big‑company compensation and benefits package! We have locations throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. We are growing and very busy so OT is a must.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Service customer equipment in shop or at customer’s jobsite
Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturer’s published flat‑rate repair times
Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Must be able to work under pressure independently and as a team player
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

A post‑offer, pre‑employment physical is required for all new hires before beginning work. This will be paid for by Bejac Corporation.
Any person hired into a position which requires a uniform must pay a $500.00 deposit. Payroll deductions may be arranged through the Payroll Manager. Deductions may not exceed eight (8) payroll periods. More information regarding uniforms will be discussed during New Hire Orientation.
A DMV record and valid Driver’s license will be required for all persons driving a Company vehicle, operating equipment, or driving their personal vehicle for Company business.
Proof of auto insurance will be required for all persons driving a Company or personal vehicle for Company business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment
Equipment dealership background ideal
Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted
Welding experience
Hydraulic & electrical experience
Mid‑level diagnostic ability
Ability to do repairs such as welding, R & R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions
Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears
Engine certifications a plus
Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, recent K4 printout required
Must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
