to find a
Controller

Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and forecast cash flow to support operational needs
Lead month‑end close and ensure accurate account reconciliation
Prepare and deliver timely financial statements
Present financial performance and insights to the President and VP
Maintain and prepare work‑in‑progress and percentage‑completion schedules
Partner with external CPA firm and support annual audit activities
Lead, mentor, and support AP, AR, and Payroll staff
Review and approve invoices, expenses, and disbursements
Oversee project billing and revenue recognition
Manage payroll for office personnel, including tax filings and year‑end wage reconciliation
Handle annual insurance renewals and related requirements
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
10+ years of solid full cycle accounting experience
Must have construction accounting experience
Proven Leadership experience
Deep understanding of construction accounting, including WIP/% completion
ERP System experience
Strong MS Excel
