Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Director of Headhunting Services at Movement Search & Delivery, Heavy Industry & Defense Manufacturing Compensation Target:
- $110k - $125k
- 10% Bonus
- 3 weeks vacation + sick time
Keys to the role:
Very Stable, growing steadily
Must have experience with: budgeting, forecasting, managing month end close, Piece pricing/variance analysis
Growing Automotive Supplier looking for a self‑motivated individual who has at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in plant financial leadership. This individual would report directly to the Division Controller.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Accounting: Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Month-End GL Reconciliation
Reconcile AR and AP
Prepare Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts
Review Payroll
Assist in preparation of 13-week cash flow
Bank Compliance
Audit Preparation
Assist VP of Finance and CFO with special projects
Fixed Asset maintenance
Maintain Cost Summary Sheets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance
