Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced
Workday Compensation Core Functional Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Compensation configuration and functionality, ensuring accurate and efficient management of compensation processes within the Workday platform.
_ESTANDING Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
At least 4 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
Location for this position: Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Richardson, TX; Hartford, CT. Relocation and/or travel to client/project location may be required.
Hands‑on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects, and relevant experience in ERP domain projects related to Workday applications.
Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
Collaborating with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensuring compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
Providing guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.
Supporting testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities.
Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
