Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology courses or a related field.
At least 5-10 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge in labor laws is an advantage
With good leadership abilities
Knowledgeable and expertise all the facets of Human Resources
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
With good decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Prepare/Draft Organizational structure by updating job requirements and respective Job Description for all positions.
Write directives advising department heads of the organization of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee’s benefits.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Oversees and analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or government or other departments in the organization.
Recruits, Interviews, Test and select right employees to fill vacant positions of the company.
Maintain & conduct of human resources staff in management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance evaluations safety etc.
Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal or work results by training personnel to coach and discipline employees, schedule meeting conference with employees, hearing and resolving employee’s grievances
Coaching &Counseling of employees.
