What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex insurance defense matters
Handle all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and professional staff
Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Active license in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)
Proven ability to manage cases independently and efficiently
Salary: $160,000–$185,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
Benefits: 50% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision
401(k) with 2% employer match
