Key Responsibilities
Oversee procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements
Evaluate bids and proposals
Identify and resolve subcontract issues
Develop mutually acceptable solutions
Qualifications
Government procurement/subcontracts administration experience
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with procurement software and tools
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance
US Person due to contractual requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
Strong negotiation skills and processes
Supply chain experience
Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry
Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
Ability to work independently
