Join the SkyCare ABA Team! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission-driven team is committed to meaningful progress using evidence-based approaches like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.
Base Pay Range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Your Role
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency
Qualifications
RBT certified
Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
