Business Solutions Manager at Adams & Martin Group A law firm in the heart of Los Angeles is seeking an experienced

Litigation Secretary

to support multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves managing complex litigation tasks, ensuring compliance with court procedures, and delivering exceptional client service.

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Organize files, produce accurate legal documents, and perform e‑filing in state, federal, and administrative courts.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and legal filings with attention to detail.

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and attorneys while managing multiple calendars and travel arrangements.

Maintain legal calendars using Juralaw and other electronic court rule programs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Coyote timekeeping, and DMS (iManage) or similar software.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a litigation secretary supporting multiple attorneys; knowledge of transactional law and administrative hearings is a plus.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
