We are seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator to assist our HVAC Installation team in our High Point, NC office. The role requires at least one year of administrative experience and a highly energetic, customer‑focused, detail‑oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
Learn and proficiently enter and access information in our customer database.
Call customers to confirm appointments.
Dispatch technicians’ calls.
Obtain permits and confirm client appointments.
File, fax, make copies, and prepare job packets.
Use Microsoft Office and Excel.
Qualifications
At least one year of administrative experience.
Energetic and customer‑satisfaction oriented.
Detail oriented.
Proficient in database entry and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
