HVAC Install Coordinator

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am–8 pm and Wednesday from 2 pm–8 pm.
Responsibilities
Assist the HVAC Installation team in the High Point, NC office.
Learn and proficiently enter and access information in the customer database.
Call customers to confirm appointments.
Dispatch technician calls.
Obtain permits and confirm client appointments.
Handle filing, faxing, making copies, preparing job packets, and Microsoft Office and Excel.
Qualifications
At least one year of administrative experience.
Highly energetic, customer‑satisfaction oriented, and detail oriented.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
