Pizza Restaurant Manager – Lead Our Slice of Success! We’re looking for a natural leader with a passion for pizza who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and motivate a team to deliver a delicious experience every time.
Responsibilities
Lead, hire, train, and supervise a team of pizza‑loving employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Resolve customer issues, ensure quality standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives.
Maintain a spotless store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Love for pizza (definite plus).
Must make perfect pizzas every time by adhering to Domino’s pizza‑making standards.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the Domino’s dress code.
Work with hustle and energy; a fast‑paced and efficient work style is required.
Friendly demeanor and a smile for all customers; excellent customer service and positive attitude are foundational.
