Job Summary
As a Warehouse Assistant at Aculabs, you will play a key role in assisting with organization, inventory management, and daily operations of our stockroom and warehouse. This role also provides support for minor maintenance tasks throughout the building.

Responsibilities
Assist in organization and neatness in warehouse stockroom and main offices/laboratories.
Receive and unpack all deliveries; notify relevant parties that shipments have arrived.
Notify relevant parties of diminishing stock.
Assist in maintaining the supply of phlebotomy and facility supplies shelves.
Maintain computerized records of all incoming supply orders from facilities (requesting facility, supplies requested, date filled, drivers assigned for deliveries, and delivery receipt dates).
Maintain computerized records of all outgoing phlebotomy supply orders (requesting phlebotomist, supplies requested, date filled).
Fill all incoming supply requests from facilities, including printing test requisitions.
Fill phlebotomy supply requests received from remote locations.
Assemble start‑up supplies for new client facilities.
Maintain accurate inventory count on all phlebotomy and facility supplies in stock.
Assist with general needs of all departments as needed.
Restock inventory 2–3 days a week at remote offices.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Warehouse & Maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Attentiveness to detailSelf‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Driver's License & Valid Auto Insurance
