Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Mission Health: Arma Health and Rehab
Arma Health and Rehab in Arma, KS is looking to hire a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team.
Base pay range:
$27.00/hr – $29.70/hr
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000

Day in the Life As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide total care for residents, monitor their condition, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, oversee nursing assistants, document care, report changes, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality. You will build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Monitor residents’ condition and needs, recording observations and changes.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, following narcotic policies.
Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
Document care, admissions, and discharges accurately.
Report adverse events such as bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
Qualifications
LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.
Work Schedule 6 am to 6 pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
