Day in the Life
As an LPN, you will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, ensure narcotic policies are followed, oversee nursing assistant/registered staff, document care, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. You are the frontline caregiver, responding to residents' needs and building relationships with families and colleagues. Qualifications
LPN licensure with the Kansas Board of Nursing Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Desire to work with the elderly Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required Work Schedule
