How You’ll Shine As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll provide quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills and customer service expertise, ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.
How You'll Make An Impact
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring optimum quality and efficient production.
Respond to service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Perform maintenance work for make‑ready units.
Repair and replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outdoor landscape; empty, pick up trash, perform general landscape work.
Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and adhere to the company’s safety programs.
What You’ll Bring
Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.
