Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities – Operator
Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
Qualifications
High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments is a plus.
Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Working Conditions
Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing production setting.
Exposure to moderate noise levels, machinery, and tools
