AvEanna Healthcare, one of the largest home‑healthcare companies in the U.S., is expanding its team of compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home and school setting throughout Minnesota.
Overview We are building a Care Support Team with a combined 50 years of experience in Home Care Nursing.
We offer full‑time, part‑time, or casual opportunities across Alexandria, Brainerd, Princeton, and St. Cloud, with day and night shifts.
Current referrals are awaiting new homes, and bonus opportunities are available for Trach/Vent Pediatric or Adult experience.

Newly hired variable‑hour and part‑time employees are evaluated for ACA benefits eligibility during the first twelve months of employment. Qualifications
Good standing Minnesota LPN license
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to providing care
Responsibilities
One‑to‑one patient care in a home environment
Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation in the system of record
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
Conduct patient assessments
Coordinate care
Advance health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
