Job Highlights We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring the place they call home is a safe and attractive living environment. This position functions to maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence.
Responsibilities
Regularly walk throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment
Follow troubleshooting guidelines and report to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
Assist the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and oversee work performed by outside vendors
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements
Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance
Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required
Legend Senior Living is a drug‑free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion. This position may require the associate to work evenings and weekends as needed. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
