Location:
Virtual – full‑time with required in‑person training sessions. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within commuting distance. Candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodation is granted.

Behavioral Health Care Manager II
provides telephonic and home‑visit case management for members with behavioral health needs, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
How You Will Make An Impact
Respond to complex cases and account‑specific requests.
Apply screening criteria and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
Conduct assessments, identify needs, and develop care plans.
Monitor and evaluate care plan effectiveness, modifying as needed.
Support member access to quality, cost‑effective care.
Coordinate with internal and external resources and providers.
Serve as a resource to other BH Case Managers.
Assist with complex cases and participate in inter‑ and intra‑departmental projects.
Minimum Requirements
MA/MS in social work counseling or related behavioral health field, or a nursing degree, with at least 3 years of experience in facility‑based or outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment; or equivalent education/experience.
Current active unrestricted license (RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LBA, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist) valid in applicable states.
Licensure required; for states not requiring licensure, a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is acceptable if specific criteria are met.
Experience in case management/utilization management of complex psychiatric/substance abuse cases.
Prior managed care experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
BCBA or LBA
Medicaid experience
Pay and Location Salary range:
$68,400 – $112,860 per year (based on location and experience).
Locations:
Colorado; Illinois (virtual role; alternate locations considered).
