Premise's mission is to help people get, stay, and be well. Join us as a Full‑time Physical Therapist providing care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Rock Island, IL.
Position scheduled to start in the middle of July 2026.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers to promote health and wellness for onsite employees.
Practice according to APTA professional standards, integrating current research and critical clinical reasoning into individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct‑access physical therapy services so PTs work at their highest skill level.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and participate in Health Center meetings, patient care meetings, and documentation to onsite/community referral sources.
Engage in continuing competence activities such as peer review, presentations, and optionally grand rounds.
Partner with client stakeholders (safety officers, ergonomists, HR) to promote employee safety in the workplace.
Effect positive behavior change through education and program development, including injury‑prevention workshops, ergonomics assessment, and specialized programs such as “Weekend Warrior” musculoskeletal screens, triathlon preparation workshops, Health Back Programs, and stretch and flex exercise classes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
All state licenses and certifications to practice.
Current board certificate (if applicable).
Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School.
CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) certification meeting American Heart Association standards.
At least three years’ experience in an outpatient physical therapy clinic or other ambulatory care clinic; outpatient orthopaedic experience is required.

Premise offers a compensation range of $93,600 – $117,000 annually. Rate offered will reflect experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
