Role Summary Our Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses (Registered Nurse) are responsible for the operation of the ambulatory surgical center and provide direct patient care. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses demonstrate care and compassion to our patients while seamlessly walking them through their treatment experience.
Some day‑to‑day job duties include:
Admits, treats and discharges patients
Monitors and assesses patients during pre‑ and post‑operations
Provides pre‑ and post‑operative instructions and communicates results to patients
Maintains a safe and clean work environment
Education, Licenses, Certifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in California
Bachelor’s Degree
ACLS Certified
Experience in outpatient surgery centers or operating rooms
Employment Type This is a full‑time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non‑exempt position with rotational weekends and holidays. This position requires early hours.
Compensation The salary range for this role is $55‑$60/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
