Summary Statement The Zouk Group Operations Manager is responsible for leading, educating, motivating, and energizing the team to provide a world‑class experience for each guest. This role will ensure food and drink quality, excellent customer service, while maintaining daily presentation of the venue.

Primary Job Duties

Respond to Guest concerns/complaints regarding service or beverages and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude.

Implement, maintain and provide recommendations on operating standards, policies, and procedures to be followed by line level managers and staff members.

Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control, and consistency in accordance with company's expectations.

Responsible for assisting in hiring, training, management, coaching, counselling, and evaluation of all members of the team.

Assist in the day to day operations of Zouk Group venues, including restaurants, lounges, day‑life and nightlife.

Ensure sales and expenses are being monitored on a daily basis and are properly tracked each day.

Oversee the accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and inventories.

Create weekly schedules related to staffing, cleaning, and third‑party vendors.

Ensure health, safety, and sanitation requirements follow the Department of Health, OSHA, Gaming, and any city or state agencies rules and always such as Department of Buildings and Fire Department.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)

Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and mixed cocktails.

Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred

Working Knowledge of POS systems.

Previous experience working in Restaurants and/or Nightlife / Daylife.

Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience

At least three years of previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, entertainment venue or in a similar or related field.

At least one year of previous experience in a leadership / management role in a similar or related field.

At least 21 years of age.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Ability to obtain the following:

Nevada Gaming Registration.

Alcohol Awareness Card.

Physical Demands

Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.

Prolonged sitting/standing.

Bending and reaching.

Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Eye/hand coordination.

Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
