Responsibilities: Analyze processes and equipment, complete root cause analyses and create procedures for reliable equipment and a stable process. Improve operational and technical capabilities to achieve business goals. Identify and implement cost reduction improvements. Define, communicate and specify expectations for quality and operations teams. Ensure engineering solutions meet requirements. Assess risks and issues and make decisions with a sense of urgency. Use formal problem‑solving skills for complex problems. Identify and develop initiatives and capital projects that enhance supply chain processes. Seek and evaluate vendor qualifications. Justify and recommend capital improvements and upgrades. Set technical standards for operating manuals, maintenance, safety and quality. Ensure all projects include risk analysis and contingency planning. Travel to collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvement opportunities and upgrades. Requirements: MUST have Aseptic Process Experience. 10+ years of Operations experience in automation systems environments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and project management processes. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong technical background. Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification. Seniority level
