Sr. Director of Headhunting Services at Movement Search & Delivery

This role will support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to help drive smart business decisions.
Salary & Compensation Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter)
What you’ll do
Prepare and support timely financial statements
Analyze budgets, revenue, costs, and financial trends
Reconcile accounts (AR, AP, taxes) and resolve discrepancies
Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and board reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
Support audits, special reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, integrity, and self-motivation
