Description
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team at Minnesota National. This role involves providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following state and local regulations Ensure the bar and dining area are clean, organized, and fully stocked Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately Check identification to verify legal drinking age when serving alcohol Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experience Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions Assist with event service, including golf outings and banquets, as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Job Type: Seasonal or Year-Round (depending on availability) Hours: Flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips If you enjoy working in a social and dynamic setting, we encourage you to apply and be part of our Minnesota National team! Must be at least 18 (or 21, depending on state alcohol service laws) Previous experience as a server or bartender preferred but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of basic bartending and POS systems is a plus Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
