Are you experienced in human services or caregiving and looking for
part-time work

part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
in Kent, Sussex, and New Castle Counties. DSPs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This is a
part-time position only
with
set schedules
available for mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends. It’s a great job for someone who wants steady hours, flexible shift options, and meaningful work helping others.
About the Role As a DSP, you’ll support people with tasks such as:
Daily routines like dressing, meals, or taking medication
Community involvement—shopping, appointments, walks, or outings
Light housekeeping and helping create a safe, supportive home environment
You’ll work as part of a team, helping people live as independently and safely as possible.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in caregiving, human services, or related roles preferred
High school diploma or GED
required
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (within the last 12 months)
required
Able to pass background checks and complete required training
Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to help others
