Support System
Stop Chasing Parts: We perform in‑office part pre‑screens and pre‑order parts for most calls before you ever arrive.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose & Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor.
Digital Management: Utilize a company‑issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically.
Decision Making: Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure.
Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, technical support, dispatch, routing, and management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
Screening: Willing to undergo a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check.
Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑service focused.
Technical Skills: Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
