Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team, who will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients’ rights and delivering outstanding legal services. Location

This position will be based in Birmingham, Alabama. Salary and Benefits

$100,000-$145,000 annually. Hybrid Schedule with at least 2-3 days in office. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions. Perform legal research. Make court appearances as necessary. Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases. Qualifications and Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Active license to practice law in Alabama required 2+ years of experience in litigation. Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with E-Discovery and law programs such as, Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine and OneLegal. Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
