Job Overview The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) collaborates closely with advisors to manage client accounts, facilitate communications, and ensure a streamlined client experience. You will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the branch and support the growth of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound client support via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
Assist with account openings, transfers and other financial transactions as directed by the advisor.
Maintain accurate client records and produce necessary documentation.
Schedule appointments and prepare client meeting materials.
Support marketing and branch initiatives, including event planning and execution.
Implement administrative processes and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Adaptability to a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Competency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other client‑service tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy with financial documentation.
Previous experience in a financial services or client‑service role is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $26.00/hr – $28.00/hr (plus potential merit‑based increases). Full‑time associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays and vacation, and access to the Edward Jones Employee Assistance Program.
Training & Development The BOA will receive a 6‑month onboarding program, mentorship from experienced peers, and ongoing support from the branch, regional, and corporate teams.
