Job Description Responsibilities
Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
Expands business products knowledge within operations environment
Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
Inspects data to identify issues and trends
Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management
Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight
Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self‑directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and attention to detail
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified
Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail
