ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – EXISTING ACCOUNTS & EXPANSION ParcelShield is hiring an Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers. This role focuses on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by helping customers adopt new products and unlock additional value from our SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a book of existing customer accounts

Drive renewals and expansion through consultative selling

Demo new SaaS products and features

Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Ops, and Customer Success

What We’re Looking For

3–8+ years in B2B SaaS or a similar tech‑enabled role

Experience managing renewals and account growth

Ability to demo complex software and communicate with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Logistics, healthcare, or supply chain exposure

Analytics or workflow‑based SaaS experience

Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus—not a requirement

This is not a cold‑calling role.
