Client Associate

This is a part-time, preferably mornings, on-site role for a Client Associate, located in Tampa, FL. The Client Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, supporting sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and assisting with financial and analytical tasks. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing financial reports, supporting sales presentations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Strong Client Services abilities with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction

Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders

Proficiency in Analytical Skills, such as data analysis and problem-solving, to support decision‑making and improve processes

Knowledge of Finance principles and practices, as well as the ability to interpret financial data

Experience or proficiency in Sales support, client prospecting, and business development

Bachelor’s degree or Currently working towards

Proficiency with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
