The

Operations Analyst

supports the Corporate Accounts Sales team across the U.S. and Canada. This role prioritizes data integrity to ensure accurate reporting for The Pittsburgh Paint Co's customers and sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

Generate summary reports, analytics, and respond to ad hoc requests for cross-functional management teams.

Manage and maintain the internal contract database system.

Ensure rebate obligations are met and comply with best practices.

Manage relationships with all corporate account third-party ordering platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, OpsTechnology).

Maintain data in various vendor insurance compliance sites.

Oversee Mass Account Template account generation.

Manage shared email box and respond in a timely manner to varied requests.

Required Skills

Ability to understand and manage highly detailed data.

Demonstrated track record of successfully driving change.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of proven experience.

Experience with vendor management ordering and invoicing platforms a plus.

Proficiency with Excel a plus.
