Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain merchandising philosophy and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and participate in overall store maintenance.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to support business needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Capable of multi-tasking.
Respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
Retail customer experience preferred.
Benefits and Compensation Starting pay range: $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
