Job Description Responsibilities:
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Ring purchases and returns accurately, count change back to customers.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Follow merchandising procedures and standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and shrink reduction activities.
Maintain safety and participate in safety awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility with a schedule that supports business needs.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to multi‑task and respond to changes.
Capability to lift heavy objects.
Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
Retail customer experience preferred.
