What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the employer's service policies and procedures
Manage service requests and communicate effectively with customers and service providers
Organize workflow to ensure efficiency while collaborating with team members
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers regarding their projects
Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, or high-volume retail environment
Ability to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by local regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
