Beauty Advisor – Byredo (Saks Global)

Job Description Under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor will provide outstanding customer service, build individual and vendor line sales volumes, establish and maintain customer relationships, collaborate effectively with team members, and create new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts—always adhering to company standards and procedures.
The role includes in‑house training, pre‑booked facial consultation events, maintaining a properly merchandised counter, and proficiently closing retail sales. Using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system, the Beauty Advisor is accountable for driving their own business and achieving personal success.
Responsibilities
Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and departmental sales goals.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and your designated Account Executive.
Utilize the online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to application, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area to uphold counter standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a cosmetics environment.
Experienced in achieving and exceeding sales quota.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment that requires multitasking with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue online clienteling tools and software.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently to drive business success.
Demonstrated sound business judgment and organizational ability.
Professional expertise in makeup and treatment consultation and application.
