What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide leadership and clear direction to a team of inside sales professionals

Coach and mentor team members to define and achieve individual goals

Assist in resolving escalated customer issues and ensure timely, professional service

Support data entry and end-of-month financial requirements, ensuring accurate information in the CRM system

Encourage innovation and collaboration while evaluating processes for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advanced support, sales, or inside sales in the information technology industry

Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Effective oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting with multiple departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

Data center industry experience

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

Strong organizational and planning skills

Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year
