Responsibilities

Managing phone calls and emails.

Assist in daily office operations, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Assist with record-keeping and documentation management.

Encode documents via Microsoft Excel & Word.

Qualifications

Provide efficient and effective support for office/clerical works and contribute to developing and implementing improved systems and processes

Graduate of business or any related course

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Preferably with at least 1 year experience

Good work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize

Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan Metro Manila
